Atlantic58 is working with Horshader Community Development Trust to produce a community woodland feasibility study, as part of a UK Government funded project.
An initial community survey in spring 2022 indicated strong support for developing a woodland. The consultation event seeks further input and opinion from residents and crofters.
Along with detail on the benefits and challenges to creating a woodland, a number of potential sites, all within the Horshader area, will be presented to the community for comment.
The consultation boards and associated survey will be available in Raebhat House until 12th September for Horshader residents to view and provide input.
