Our CEMPs are designed to support compliance with planning conditions, regulatory expectations and relevant legislation, while providing clear and practical guidance for contractors and site teams.

Environmental Clerk of Works (EnvCoW)

An Environmental Clerk of Works has a broad role in monitoring and advising on environmental compliance during construction. This includes overseeing site activities to minimise environmental impacts, checking adherence to environmental commitments, licences and project specifications, and identifying and reporting any non-compliances. Atlantic58 is experienced in providing EnvCoW support for developments including major transmission projects and spaceport infrastructure. Our staff have extensive construction-site experience and hold up-to-date health and safety qualifications, including ROLO and CSCS.
